About the Role
The Sales Enablement manager will play a pivotal role in driving performance and productivity across Riskified's GTM (Go-To-Market) team by designing and delivering integrated content, training, and coaching. This role will take ownership of the overall training strategy, eLearning content creation, processes, and tools, ensuring that all GTM members are equipped to promote Riskified’s growth effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Training Focus: Lead the training initiatives for Account Executives across APAC & EMEA, ensuring they are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to excel in their roles.
- Global Enablement Initiatives: Develop and implement global enablement strategies that align with Riskified’s business goals, collaborating closely with various teams to drive consistency and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Regularly engage with GTM Team Leads, Customer Success, Operations, and Revenue Enablement teams to ensure a unified training experience across all regions.
Content Design & Delivery: Create and maintain an innovative curriculum, documentation, and assessments that cater to both macro and micro-level needs.
About You: The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrating strong business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable training. They will anticipate needs, solve challenges proactively, and communicate effectively across teams. Experience in sales and enablement, along with the ability to manage shifting priorities and ambiguity, is essential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building our account executives' enablement strategy.
- Taking risks and thinking outside the box to come up with new and creative ways to approach a project or initiative
- Managing the full lifecycle of design, development and execution of training strategy for our GTM teams aligned with company priorities and a strong focus on delivery
- Building and managing repository of on-demand learning assets (videos, presentations, etc)
- Focusing on outcomes and value-selling approaches to maximize customer lifetime value
- Develop assessments to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum and learner performance, integrating results into new and existing course curriculum
- Creating and managing e-learning courses, certifications, and reporting within the Learning Management System
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience delivering highly engaging, high impact training for Sales and Account Management audiences
- Experience in sales
- Proficient in latest enablement trends, technologies, tactics, methodologies
- Strong group facilitation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Relationship builder. You should have the ability to quickly build and earn trust through deep understanding of your audience, business experience and application of best training and facilitation practices
- Data Driven: Ability to use data to design and measure enablement
- Strategic problem solver: you look beyond the immediate task to understand the business issue, what the organization is trying to solve for and apply the right solution. Must be a self-starter
