Our team is looking for a Senior Product Manager with a passion for establishing and driving to product execution strategy to power the Stash experience. We’ve had tremendous growth in the past two years and have an exciting product roadmap ahead of us. What you’ll do:

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and driving the product execution strategy for the Financial Instruments domain. The Financial Instruments domain enables Stash customers to move money on and off the platform and plays a critical role as a partner integration layer in support of our consumer and B2B products.n this role, you will be responsible for establishing and driving the product execution strategy for the Financial Instruments domain. What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management at technology companies preferably, and familiarity with FinTech products and concepts
  • Knowledge of the financial services landscape and products, preferably within banking, investment or transaction processing
  • History of leading and executing in fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders and dependent teams to deliver exceptional business impact
  • Have extensive experience in working with product design and engineering teams and to build best in class solutions
  • Superior communication skills, including the ability to crystallize and broadly socialize insights into stakeholder needs that the stakeholders themselves may not be able to articulate
  • Familiarity and comfort with data, data science including the ability to use data to analyze and monitor product KPI metrics

  • Experience with Plaid or similar 3rd party account integration solutions (Codat, Stripe Connect, MX, Yodlee, TrueLayer, Dwolla)
  • Experience with rewards programs/solutions or incentive processing
  • Familiarity with bank and debit/credit card lifecycles and processing
  • Experience with B2B products and delivery/integration patterns

Salary Range: $135,300 - $202,950

The base salary range represents the reasonably anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and competencies, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data for companies of our size and industry.
