Stripe is looking for an experienced program management/operations professional to ensure we execute flawlessly on the development, launch, and scaling of our Talent & Development programs—including people development, performance management, talent planning, and high-potential programs. They will collaborate and coordinate across all parts of the Talent & Development function, as well as our stakeholders and users across the business. Additionally, the person in this role will own operations for the T&D function at Stripe, managing a small team of early career operations professionals
What you’ll do
Responsibilities:
- Work across the Talent & Development (T&D) function to support the effective development, launch, and scaling of our programs, ensuring tight alignment across programs and initiatives
- Manage a small team of T&D operations professionals focused on all aspects of program operations including LMS management, communications, calendaring, and stakeholder schedule management
- Work with partners across Stripe to embed T&D programs effectively and ensure a strong user experience
- Coordinate related Talent & Development activities for strategic alignment and impact
- Partner closely with People teampeers to align programs and communications in a way that creates the best experience for Stripes
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of T&D programs (alongside People Analytics peers) and make recommendations for improvements accordingly
- Own Stripe-facing T&D communications to ensure clear, consistent messaging regarding programs
- Drive effective change management as necessary, ensuring that Stripes feel supported and clear when changes do happen
Who you are
Our ideal candidate:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience within related functions and experience designing and delivering organization-wide programs
- Experience managing early career professionals
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing large-scale programs, with particular focus on change management and communications
- Extreme attention to detail in operationalizing programs
- Stakeholder management and engagement experience with a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships
- Ability to anticipate and adapt to changes in organizational or program needs in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
The annual US base salary range for this role is $134,000 - $201,000. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
