About the team
The Ecosystem Risk Product Management team builds trust in the internet economy. We enable online businesses to start and grow seamlessly, while safeguarding the ecosystem of consumers, merchants, and financial partners against financial crimes and harmful schemes.
What you’ll do
Responsibilities
- Define the strategy and roadmap for user and industry enablement
- Deeply understand Stripe’s diverse user base and their nuanced business models
- Build intuitive user experiences that help merchants get and stay compliant
- Make trade-offs across multiple complex dimensions
- Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, policy, and operations teams
- Collaborate with other product teams to incorporate their requirements into our planning
- Leverage data and analytics to inform strategy and measure success
Who you are
Minimum requirements
- 8+ years in Product Management
- Consistent track record of leading ambitious and ambiguous projects
- Obsession with product quality and an eye for design
- Experience in highly-cross functional environments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Risk in financial services
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is $162,300 - $243,600. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
