About the team
Global and GTM Finance & Strategy (F&S) brings understanding and predictability to Stripe’s top line financials. We work closely with our regional business partners (sales, products, partnerships, etc) to discover trends in the business and improve Stripe for the long haul.
What you’ll do
This role is on the APAC Regional F&S team. We partner with the APAC business leads by providing data analytics, business insights and strategic recommendations to help the business optimize ROI and achieve long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with APAC business leaders to drive the success of product initiatives and GTM motions
- Create frameworks to assess, influence current and future business performance by country and segment
- Partner with central F&S and other regional F&S teams on defining metrics and developing planning and ROI models, and drive recommendations on resource allocations and ROI optimization in APAC
- Drive month-end reporting and support annual planning for the APAC business
- Own reporting and deep dive of leading indicators of business performance
- Partner with Data Science teams to develop reporting dashboards
Who you are

Minimum requirements
- 3+ years of work experience within corporate planning, FP&A, business finance, investment banking, consulting, PE/VC, tech firms or other business insights / analytics roles
- 3+ years experience with SQL (intermediate/advanced skills are a must)
- 3+ years experience working with large and complex datasets
- Deep analytical rigor, focused on bringing clarity through business insights. Ability to find never-before-seen trends hidden in millions of data points
- A self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision. You must be able to partner with cross-functional teams to unblock things
- Solid business acumen, strong written and verbal communication skills (interacting with Stripe C-Suite) as well as business proficiency in written and spoken English
Preferred qualifications
- 2+ years working with Sales teams, preferably in the technology industry
- Experience working closely with technical teams (Data Science, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, etc) to define requirements for datasets/dashboards
- 2+ year Tableau (or other) data visualization experience
- Experience working in a global capacity (this team interacts with all regions)
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is S$107,200 - S$160,800. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
