About the team
As Stripe’s user base and global footprint expand dramatically, we face unique support challenges stemming from both our scale and the types of businesses we partner with. The Stripe Delivery Center (SDC) strategy will provide operational leverage and enhance Stripe’s portfolio of capabilities to meet the growing needs of external users and internal teams. Our support experience relies on a deep understanding of our products, the financial industry, money movement, and our customers’ offerings. This requires us to invest significant resources into building this experience ourselves with skilled teams of Stripes.
What you’ll do
We are seeking a dynamic leader with exceptional operational skills to help build key operations at the Stripe Delivery Centers (SDCs) in Mexico and Bangalore. You’ll play a formative role in managing and expanding an organization focused on Sales, Marketing, and GTM operations while fostering a culture of world-class excellence and collaboration across teams.
The ideal candidate is passionate about building teams from the ground up, hands-on, and a strong advocate for their Stripes. They will work tirelessly to create an outstanding environment for new team members at Stripe.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand the Sales, Marketing, and GTM Ops organization at SDC, embracing a scrappy approach to growth
- Deliver strong operational performance by collaborating closely with senior stakeholders in the GTM, Sales, and Marketing organizations, as well as cross-functional teams
- Invest in building a great team and fostering a culture where Stripes can thrive
- Partner closely with Strategy & Analytics to define success measures and metrics, create dashboards, and effectively report on performance
- Engage and collaborate with key business partners to structure work, develop transition plans, and scale support
- Drive cross-functional engagement to enhance feedback loops between Stripe’s product and support teams
Who you are

Minimum requirements
- 15+ years of experience in sales, marketing, GTM operations, or financial industry operations
- 10+ years of experience leading teams, including management of managers
- Strong operational background with a proven track record of making data-driven decisions
- Experience in business partnership, influencing executive decision-making, and fostering a cross-functional, team-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated success as a leader and people manager, with exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Contributed to organizational growth through management projects, including recruiting, training, and defining team processes and policies
- Ability to operate with high agency, unblock the team, thrive in ambiguous situations, and maintain optimism about the future
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of payments and the fintech industry
- Experience in sales and marketing
- Proven track record of working with global and remote teams to drive alignment and standardization across time zones
