Like our technology, our team combines data scientists, engineers, product experts and architects who strive to push the boundaries of what can be automated, optimized and scaled. We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join us on our journey.
We are seeking a talented UI-UX Designer to join our multidisciplinary team. At SWAPP, you will experience a range of tasks from graphics to UX and user/customer workflow.
What will you do?

Collaborate with our product, engineering teams and marketing teams to define, design and deliver best-in-class user experience.

Develop a deep understanding of our users by conducting research, customer interviews, and usability testing Map possible scenarios and create product flows.

Conduct a full design cycle from collecting inspiration through conducting user research to creating pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios for delivery to development.

Work in a dynamic environment requiring quick decision making within tight schedules.
Qualifications
-
5+ years experience designing at a customer product-focused tech company

Demonstrable understanding of the product lifecycle from research through prototyping & design to launch
-
Innovative problem solver - your passion is transforming complex problems into simple and intuitive user experiences
-
Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture, usability principles and techniques
-
Strong understanding of typography, color and composition with a sense for extraordinary, pixel-perfect design solutions
-
You're a highly independent team player: A team player, but don't need anyone to hold your hand
-
English – high level written and spoken.
Good to have

English of Design in Visual Communication or Interactive Design

Knowledge of 3D modeling tools
