Key responsibilities:

• Play a crucial role in shaping Talon's organizational culture, fostering a healthy and productive work environment, supporting employee development, and serving as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership.
• Take an active part in the company's global growth efforts to support the talent team and help attract and retain top talent. This role will encompass at least 30% of your responsibilities.
• Manage HR practices and procedures, including enhancing the employee experience, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, implementing performance processes, creating career growth plans, and developing workshops and training programs for managers.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization. Foster partnerships and processes that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and address cross-organizational challenges related to employee satisfaction.
• Efficiently multitask across various projects.

Requirements:

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills!
• At least 4 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably within a rapidly growing hi- tech company.
• Demonstrated experience in a global and multicultural environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, creative and a problem solver.

Nice to Have:

• Enjoys working in innovative dynamic environment.
• Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, behavioral sciences, organizational studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience from a startup company.
