Description

Responsibilities:

  • End User and Lab Management: Responsible for the end-user computing environment and company laboratories.
  • Equipment Oversight: Manage all company computers and peripheral equipment.
  • Lab Administration: Oversee the addition, removal, and maintenance of lab equipment.
  • Troubleshooting: Perform troubleshooting for all operating systems.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management.

General Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
  • Resolve technical issues related to network connectivity, software applications, and hardware.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of user satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of proven experience as a Help Desk Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented and patient.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms. (Mac, Linux and Windows)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
