Description
Toka is a leading technology company specializing in advanced cybersecurity and intelligence solutions tailored for the defense sector. Our mission is to empower government and intelligence organizations with the tools to counter digital threats, protect critical infrastructure, and ensure national security. We are seeking an Account Executive to join the International team and support new business growth within the Nordic government market.
Position Overview:
We seek an accomplished Account Executive to expand our international sales team, focusing on bringing Toka technologies into the Nordic region within the Law Enforcement and Intelligence community. This role requires an experienced sales expert with a profound understanding of the Nordic region, having previously sold into the intelligence community and other government agencies. The ideal candidate must be a Nordic citizen based in one of the Nordic countries and possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record in navigating intricate sales cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Nordic Sales Strategy: Execute a comprehensive sales strategy explicitly catering to the defense and intelligence sector, emphasizing engagements with intelligence agencies/units.
- Market Expansion: Lead efforts to establish and expand Toka's presence in target regions. Identify key market opportunities and develop strong business relationships.
- End-to-end Ownership: Lead the entire sales process, from identifying leads to finalizing deals.
- Business Development: Proactively source, shape, and meticulously qualify new business opportunities.
- Complex Sales Management: Skillfully manage multi-faceted sales cycles for multiple opportunities concurrently, from initial identification to contract closure.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with government agencies, partners, and customers across target regions.
- Working with Resellers and Agents: Collaborate with and manage resellers and agents to ensure effective distribution and representation of Toka's solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience surpassing revenue goals in technology sales, with a track record of personally securing significant and intricate deals.
- Strong history of technology B2G sales within Intelligence agencies/units and military intelligence.
- Proven success in new account development.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English languages.
- Ability to travel per business needs.
- Be able to obtain and hold a Nordic security clearance.
