We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our global team.
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle. This position requires a strong understanding of technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
in this role you would:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on our products.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored technical solutions and presentations to address their needs.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to showcase the capabilities and value proposition of our products.
- Help prepare proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation to support the sales process.
- Post-Sales Support: Collaborate with the Customer Success and R&D teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to deployment, and address any technical issues or concerns raised by customers.
- Provide Product and R&D teams with customer feedback to help identify potential new features or product enhancements.
- Be responsibility for the maintenance of the Sales internal demo systems
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven work experience in a Technical Sales, or Pre-sales Engineer role within the High-Tech industry (Cyber domain Advantage).
- An ability to identify and understand customer needs and suggest timely solutions.
- Understanding of networking topologies and terminology, router configuration, SSH, tunnels and certificates.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate effectively.
- Technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to cope with stressful situations with a positive attitude.
- Ability to travel as needed to support customer meetings, conferences, and events. 25-50% travel.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid manual driving license.
Advantages
- Linux administration experience, including installation, configuration files, security, and understanding Bash shell scripts.
- Strong foundation in cybersecurity principles and practices (e.g., building a security architecture for a network, proficiency with Kali Linux).
- Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technology such as Vmware.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes container technology.
- Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
- Experience with coding, particularly in Python.
- Experience working in intelligence agencies or related environments is highly desirable.
- Multilingual proficiency is an advantage.
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
