The kind of person who will build strong partnerships with leaders and influence decision making based on insights generated.</p> <p>We move quickly, we’re agile and dynamic, and we have a fun and challenging environment to work in.</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>In this position you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with all different departments throughout the company (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, etc.) and lead data solutions from the ground up</li> <li>Developing and running ad hoc reports and analysis to answer critical business questions and identify opportunities </li> <li>Delivering informative, intuitive, and actionable reports and dashboards for monitoring KPIs, identifying relevant business trends and enable self serve analytics</li> <li>Constantly monitor our business results and provide insights in real time</li> <li>Provide methodologies to accurately measure performance</li> <li>Writing non-trivial SQL queries and aggregations</li> </ul> <p><br></p> </div> </div> </div> <div> <div> <h2>Requirements</h2> <div><ul> <li>3+ years of proven experience as a Business/Data/BI/Product Analyst</li> <li>SQL expert with knowledge of data warehouse concepts; understanding databases and cloud systems </li> <li>Strong analytical and statistical skills</li> <li>Exceptional business-oriented thinking and ability to think strategically</li> <li>Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, QlikView, or similar </li> <li>Ability to wear many hats and learn quickly</li> <li>Excellent teamwork and communications skills.
