Travelier’s network of digital platforms allows customers to instantly purchase intercity tickets for ferries, buses, and trains in local markets, enabling stress-free travel across the globe.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Operations Analyst to join our team for a new business line we are launching. This role is crucial in driving both data analysis and operational efficiency, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will be the go-to person for all operations related to this new business line.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the operations of a new business unit, providing analytical and operational support.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor and optimize business performance.
  • Support the planning and administration of the business unit, monitor cash flow projections, and recommend investments.
  • Provide timely and accurate monthly KPI reporting and real-time insights to enhance operations.
  • Collaborate across departments, including Finance, Sales, and Product, to manage and execute strategic projects.
  • Manage key operational processes, including financial transactions and reporting.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for operational improvements and support new strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills, proficiency in BI tools, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or a related role.
  • Excellent understanding of KPIs, business processes, and data context.
  • Solid understanding of business operations and strategic thinking.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong team player with a customer service approach
