As Affiliate Manager at Bookaway, you will be part of a winning marketing team that is focused on increasing our brand’s footprint within the travel ecosystem and creating meaningful partnerships to achieve and exceed our ambitious growth targets.

Job responsibilities:

• Recruit new partners (affiliates) including negotiating terms, payouts and placements

• Achieve (or exceed) monthly individual and team goals

• Prepare performance reports as well as track and analyze sales reports

• Work closely with our partners by providing support with account administration tasks and insights based on analytics and sales data

• Manage the onboarding of newly launched partners

• Map our competitive landscape and maintain an ongoing list of target partners

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing affiliate partners and relationships, lead generation, SaaS sales, business development.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, advertising sales and/or client-facing marketing roles.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to lead activities and ventures.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and optimization mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Business-oriented mindset
  • Fluent English, verbal and written. Additional languages - advantage
  • Knowledge in tracking, attribution, marketing software and possible API integrations.
  • Proficient in Excel.
