We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven SEO manager to lead, scale, and optimize our organic traffic across all channels. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with an entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Prior SEO experience, especially in international consumer markets, is a must.

Responsibilities:

Drive organic traffic growth and improve visibility across search engines.
Own the definition, prioritization, and scope of SEO initiatives, collaborating with product, technology, content, and brand teams.
Develop and execute a multi-faceted measurement strategy for SEO performance, including rigorous testing to achieve key targets.
Provide actionable SEO insights and recommendations through on-page audits, keyword research, and competitive analysis.
Plan, prioritize, and execute SEO strategies to maximize ROI and traffic impact.
Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and changes with SEO and major search engines, adapting strategies as necessary.

Requirements

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in SEO strategy and execution.
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and data analysis.
Expertise with analytics tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Google Analytics, SEMrush) for web and competitive analysis.
In-depth understanding of SEO tools, trends, and best practices, including key ranking factors and recent algorithm updates.
Fluent English (verbal and written).
Basic technical knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Experience working with Product & R&D teams to implement technical SEO recommendations.
Experience working with CMS platforms and managing content updates – an advantage.
Familiarity with ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies -an advantage.
Prior experience in consumer or travel-related industries - an advantage.
Data analysis - Experience in writing SQL queries - an advantage.
