The Role

We’re looking for an energetic and organized Office & Employee Experience Manager to join our team for a maternity leave replacement (with the option to extend). This role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring our office runs smoothly and our employees thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office operations (supplies, cleaning services, deliveries, etc.).
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, including handling payments and contracts.
  • Plan and execute engaging employee events such as happy hours, holiday celebrations, birthdays, and global welfare initiatives.
  • Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Foster a pleasant and productive work environment by addressing all administrative needs.
  • Partner with the HR team to support processes like onboarding, internal communication, training, and offsites.
  • Manage the welfare budget effectively and transparently.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Office management and employee experience preferably in a start-up company- A Must
  • Highly proactive and ability to execute projects from start to end
  • Creativity and innovative thinking
  • Can do approche
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Best communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High skills to learn and develope
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • High level English & Hebrew – verbal and written- Must
