Description
SeatOS is on a mission to transform and digitize the land & sea travel industry, making all routes instantly bookable by anyone. Part of the leading land & sea transportation group, Travelier, SeatOS is building the dominant Transport Management System (TMS) in APAC.
We are hiring a Manual QA Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Thailand. This role will own our manual testing processes, ensuring quality and stability across all parts of the SeatOS platform. You’ll be hands-on in defining and executing test cases, catching bugs before they hit production, and continuously improving our QA standards.
This role is full-time and will be based in Thailand (remote or hybrid options available).
Responsibilities will include:
- Write, maintain, and execute comprehensive manual test cases for new and existing features.
- Conduct functional, regression, and exploratory testing across web and mobile interfaces.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases using our issue tracking tools.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand feature requirements, user flows, and edge cases.
- Participate in release planning and testing cycles, ensuring every release meets a high-quality bar.
- Contribute to the development of internal QA documentation, best practices, and process improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in manual QA testing.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, software development life cycle, and defect lifecycle.
- Experience testing complex web-based applications and APIs.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, Google Sheets, or similar test management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working in Agile environments or fast-moving startup teams is a strong advantage.
